New Music: ULenni OkaNdlovu x Sick Live – Tina

Published on

The process of ukushela is an exciting but nerve wrecking task. Musicians have made it easier for us to make the process ‘easier.’ This week if you have a Tina you’ve been eyeing, the remedy to your troubles is here.

ULenni OkaNdlovu and Sick Live have released a new track titled Tina. The pop single describes how this guy wants Tina and wants to show her his world. Be his baby, be his muntu wami.

The pop sound with a Ndebele touch is refreshing. ULenni has a unique ability to bring an authentic sound to any song he releases or features on. The instrumental on the track is familiar, the drum gives a sense of nostalgia. It reminds me of high school days when we used to play around with the drums. It’s all put together well and the little adlibs are just the little cherry on top.

He sings, “Sawubona ntombazane, igama ngubani?,/ Ncela ukwazi ngawe,/ Ubuhle bakho, izenzo zakho, abangani bakho,..,/ If i call you now will you hear me?/ If I hold you now will you leave me,/ If I told you  to be my baby wetina,/ If i want you to be my baby weTina?/ Can we go home, I wanna go home,/ I wanna show you my home (ubone abazali bami).”

ULenni Okandlovu and Sick Live outdid themselves on Tina. It’s refreshing. It makes you feel at home, as though this is the only kind of music you should be listening to. It’s a nice feeling. So if you have a lady named Tina you have your eyes set on, send her this song. Check out Tina here.
