Press Release: VEZA PREMIERE

VEZA, Zimbabwe’s very own action thriller film is finally here! It is set for a red carpet premiere on the 27th of November 2021 at Ster-kinekor (Bulawayo). Produced by Dream Made films, in association with Rodney Films and Afrojams Studios, notes Calvin Madula and actor/musician, Lungile Ndlovu as the leading actors of the film which follows the lives of police force in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. An ambitious young recruit, Mxolisi Moyo investigates a high profile case which unveils some shocking conspiracies.

The film has a star studded cast, Natasha Dlamini, Nonkanyiso Mabaleka and Percy Shoko, but to name a few. Directed and produced by Dumie Manyathela, assisted by Rodney Mabaleka and Da Kudu as executive producers. The script is provided by Laura Bongi Nkosi assisted by Dumie Manyathela.

The black-tie formal event is an anticipated success as the film has garnered support from Gifted agency, MAITA (pvt LTD), HABBAKUK Trust, Alliance Française and Comrades, but to name a few. Tickets are presold at Ster-Kinekor for $10, (food and drinks inclusive).
