Fact is every woman loves to look beautiful or be told they are beautiful but here’s one thing that can mess up all the beauty: Bad HAIR!! Whether you love your hair short or long, it’s got to look ravishing to a point where even someone who knows the least about hair can pass a compliment. Hair does not have an essential function but since it has so much influence on our appearance, it becomes the jewel. Eggs Eggs are a great source of protein and biotin nutrients that promote hair growth. Biotin produces an essential hair protein called keratin. Eggs also contain zinc, selenium and other hair-health nutrients
Spinach Spinach is loaded with folate, iron, Vitamin A and vitamin C which all boost hair growth. Vitamin A helps skin glands to produce sebum and the oily substance helps moisturize the scalp.
