Youth Initiative for Quality Education and Mbliez24 Unite for a Sip and Paint Party to Combat Gender-Based Violence
The Youth Initiative for Quality Education, in collaboration with Mbliez24 under the Safe and Inclusive Cities project, is thrilled to announce an innovative and impactful event: a Sip and Paint Party aimed at addressing Gender-Based Violence (GBV). This initiative aligns with the global 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence, observed annually from November 25 to December 10.
The Sip and Paint Party seeks to create a safe and engaging space where participants can use art as a medium of expression and advocacy. While enjoying the creative process of painting, attendees will also participate in meaningful discussions about GBV awareness, prevention, and solutions. This unique blend of art and advocacy provides a powerful platform to reflect on actionable ways to reduce and eliminate GBV within our communities.
